Hmmm... It is a great example thay you can never trust blindly the critics... I thought that if Alice Munro got Nobel prise than she must me amazing and i like form of short stories a lot... and there were all those promotions and now I have too many books of Alice Munro, which I'm not big fun of...
Vary beautiful cover, I still can not stop looking at that palm... But the inside... well... these stories are simply boring and as my friend said feminine caracters are usually nailve or weak... She is a bit like modern Maupassant with character studies. Not my style. I managed to go through half of the book...
